Week 8: AAC Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Jason Marx of Reinhardt and Will Rogers of Cumberlands are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the eighth edition of the weekly honors for the 2024 season. The next set of awards will be announced on April 22.

AAC Defensive Player of the Week

Jason Marx - Reinhardt - Graduate Student - Peachtree City, Ga.

• Collected 6 groundballs and caused 7 turnovers in a 25-7 win over Point.
• Added an assist.
• This is his first weekly award this season.

AAC Offensive Player of the Week

Will Rogers - Cumberlands - Sophomore - Evansville, Ind.

• Tallied 8 goals and 1 assist in an 18-4 win over Tennessee Wesleyan.
• Set the program record for goals in a game.
• Had 2 groundballs.
• This is his second weekly award this season.
