Several School & Personal Records Broken at KMS Invitational in Birmingham

Birmingham, AL - Eagles Track and Field competed at the 2023 KMS Invitational with some successful individual results. There were several school and personal records broken. Here are some of the highlights from the event:

Brooke Simon: Mile 5:44 (SCHOOL RECORD)

Julian McRae: 60m Hurdles - 8.98 (PR)

Luis Morris: Pole Vault- 4.25m (Indoor PR)

Sam James: Weight Throw- 13.26 (PR)

Tom Vincent: Mile and 800- 4:28/ 2:00 (PR)

Will Ort: Mile- 4:43 (PR)

The Eagles will be back at it this Saturday at Life Indoor/Outdoor Meet in Marietta, GA and they will be in Birmingham the following weekend for the USA Jaguar Invitational. These two will be the final regular season meets for the Eagles before heading to the AAC Indoor Championships on February 16th & 17th.
