Medina Earns First Weekly Award in Men’s Volleyball History

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Men's volleyball player Reynaldo Medina was selected on Monday as the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Defender of the Week after grabbing 12 digs and a pair of assists in the home opener as a program against Life (Ga.) last week inside the Brown Athletic Center.

MSC Men's Volleyball Defender of the Week

- Medina totaled 12 digs and two assists in Reinhardt's three-set loss to Life (Ga.).
- He becomes the first Reinhardt men's volleyball player to earn a weekly honor.
- Medina earns the first weekly honor of his career.
Reinhardt (2-8, 0-1 Mid-South Conference) looks to snap its skid in 10 days at NCAA Division II Emmanuel (Ga.) on Feb. 20 at 7 p.m.
