Losing Streak Continues for Eagles in 68-56 Loss to Point
Waleska, GA – The Reinhardt women's basketball team had an amazing beginning of the season, staying undefeated throughout the first half of the season, heading into the New Year 14-0. Since then, the Eagles have been struggling since going 3-5 in January. The Eagles look to turn it around, having only a handful of AAC games left before the conference tournament. This game was played this past Tuesday, January 31st, versus the Point Skyhawks where Point ultimately won 68-56. What led to this Skyhawk win was the 19 for 19 free throw shots and the 0 points from the Reinhardt bench. 4 of the 5 starters for Reinhardt had double-digits in scoring including Avanna Preston with 13 and Julia Craft and Ashley Woodroffe with 12.
