Waleska, GA – The Reinhardt women's traveled to Brenau Univeristy to face the Tigers in another AAC match-up. The Eagles came out on top with 3 goals while holding Brenau scoreless for the 90 minutes.
The Eagles were able to keep the ball on their side offensively, keeping Brenau on their toes defensively for the entirety of the match. In fact, Reinhardt led greatly in all statistical categories as they had 9 corner kicks to the Tigers' 0 and were up on shots 11-1.
Reinhardt scored 2 goals in the first half and 1 in the second to earn the 3-0 win over Brenau to remain at the top of the AAC leaderboard tied for 1st place with TMU. The next match for RU will also serve as Senior Day as the team and fans will honor the 2023 Reinhardt soccer seniors. The match will be this upcoming Saturday, October 14th versus the Johnson Royals at 2pm.
