Reinhardt Comes Back Home With a Sweep
LAURINBURG, N.C. – The Eagles once again won their fourth-straight match on the hardwood Saturday afternoon after Reinhardt downed the Knights of St. Andrews (N.C.), 3-0 – 25-18, 25-22, 25-19 – to improve to 16-9 overall.
The positive outcome for the hometown squad also moved it to 12-4 inside the Appalachian Athletic Conference.
"It was good to get a conference win, but we really need to cut down on the errors," head coach Brian Goodhind said. "At the end of the day, we went 1-0, and the girls get a much-needed day off tomorrow – we will get back to work on Monday.
Win or lose, I want to give thanks and all the glory to God."
